The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions at any time.
The final product is strictly for Personal Noncommercial Use ONLY. Rights must be purchased for Commercial Use.
Always credit and link back to The Artist whenever you post it online.
The Artist retains all the rights over all the commissioned outputs. Unless the Full Rights to the artwork are purchased.
The Artist is allowed to display all commissioned outputs and post it online or include it in their portfolio, unless agreed upon with the client.
The Artist reserves the right to record the creation of the artwork, unless agreed upon with the client.
The final outputs of the commission MAY NOT be used in any way to be used on or train generative AI and for NFt.

payment
Accepted methods of payment: Paypal.
full payment is accepted before artist starts working on piece.
There will be a conversion and platform fee applied on top of the total of the commission (5%).
Commissions under USD 500 will be paid fully upfront.
Commissions at 500 USD and above can be paid 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion. That is, however, completely up to the client.
The value of the commission may be discussed with the client and raised in the following cases:
A Design fee will apply for vague/nonexistent image references, or if there is an aspect on the commission that has to be designed by the artist. This will be calculated according to the amount and complexity of designs drafted.
A 25% fee will be applied to private or NDA commissions, as well as Non-Watermarked works. (Please note: requesting private, NDA-bound, or non-watermarked commissions does not automatically grant commercial usage rights. These must still be negotiated and purchased separately.)
general process
The client will receive updates during the sketching and base color stages of the commission.
During the SKETCHING STAGE the commission can be heavily altered in composition and poses.
During the BASE COLOR STAGE, the commission can have alterations such as head, hands, arms, etc. positioning, and smaller details.
After client agreement of Base color sketch of the commission it can no longer be altered by request of the client, only the colors/color palette.
Files will be delivered in a Google Drive folder (PNG).
After the conclusion and delivery, 2 revisions will be available,excluding any revisions necessary due to mistakes on the Artist’s part. Any further revisions will cost a total of 5% of the full commission price each.
deadlines
The usual time frame for the completion of a commission is 1-4 months depending on complexity.
A general or set timeline can be decided by the client while negotiating the commission.
Due personal obligations, there will be instances where pieces may take longer to be completed, this, however, will be communicated with the client, as well as constantly updated.
A tight deadline will be subject to a Rush Fee.
personal/noncommercial usage policy
You can use and alter the commission is the following ways:
- Cropping: for avatar, icon, and social media banner use. (w/ proper credit.)
- Print it for yourself, and display it in any way you wish to.
However, you'll not be allowed to:
- Redistribute or generally profit out of the artwork if it wasn't intended for commercial usage.
- Recolor or paint over.
- Remove or crop the watermark/signature.
commercial usage
Commercial usage entails any actions that will make a profit out of the artwork, such as:
- Promotional posts advertising products, events, streams, and similar.
- YouTube video thumbnails, Stream layouts/Overlays, and usage in Youtube videos in general.
Reproduction on any type of merch.
- The price and purchase of Commercial or Full Rights may be discussed with the artist before or after the commission is completed and delivered.
- Commercial Rights allow the client to profit from the artwork in specific ways.
- Full Rights include copyright transfer, and typically prevent the artist from reusing, reposting, or selling prints of the work.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By commissioning the Artist, the client agrees not to issue a chargeback or dispute via PayPal or other payment platforms after the work has been completed and delivered.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the Artist reserves the right to:
- Blacklist the client from future commissions.
- Publicly post proof of the transaction and delivered work (excluding private/NDA commissions).
- And pursue legal action if necessary to recover lost funds.
All communication and agreements are documented to provide evidence of the client’s acceptance of these terms.
The client understands that digital goods are non-refundable once delivered and/or significantly worked on, due to their intangible nature.
Any chargeback made in bad faith will result in the forfeiture of rights to the artwork and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement or theft of services.
